Here's your chance to make a big impact on Jackie's recovery!
Jackie's therapists have suggested that we make a picture board for her with lots of memories and notes. We have the board, we need you to send the pictures.
If you have digital photos, follow the directions below to upload them to this site. We'll print them off for Jackie's memory board. If you have hard copies of photos, but can't get them scanned, you can mail them to the address below.
What kind of photos should you use? Pictures of you, with or without Jackie, places you've been with her, events (horse shows, school activities, family events) - basically anything that will trigger a memory for Jackie. If you don't have a picture of yourself, take one!
You can also include a
short caption - who is in the picture, where it was taken, etc.

Click on the

Give your post a title - "Me & Jackie at LUHI" or "Jackie's Friend Chrissy" - you get the idea.
Click on the icon
Add Image and upload your photo from your computer or camera.
When finished, click on
Publish post
